What do you do to workout? Over the years I have tried many different kinds of workouts. Some of these workouts I still do today and in all honesty I don’t think there were any that I just hated. There is sooo much out there that you can do to stay in shape. You can of course just chase after your kids and that can be a GREAT workout or play ball with them etc. but there is a plethora of organized activities you can do as well.
When I started writing this blog today I started to think of what all I have tried, here is my list:
- organized sports (volleyball, basketball),
- step aerobics, aerobics, water aerobics,
- The Firm,
- weight lifting,
- hot yoga,
- spin class,
- T25, P90X, P90X3, Turbo Fire.
There is probably more but this was all I could think of and I did not do all these programs regularly some I just tried once or twice. These programs worked my muscles in different ways, lasted anywhere from 25 minutes to hours and were GREAT exercise. What I want you to take away from this blog today is that there is a program out there for you that will work your muscles the best way for you, is a manageable amount of time for you and is exercise that you need!!! If you dedicate yourself to getting in shape it is not hard to find a program that is perfect for you. In this day and age with internet the possibilities are endless so don’t wait another minute and get started.
