I have been making fudge for years and have really perfected the consistency and my method. It’s super stinking easy and it tastes expensive! No joke. You will die when you see how easy it is!
2 1/4 cups of milk chocolate chips
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp heavy cream
2 tsp butter
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Combine chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and cream in sauce pan. Melt on low stirring constantly. Once melted, turn off the heat. Add in salt and vanilla. Stir well. Cut in nuts. Once mixed in, turn goodness in to a wax paper lined 8×8 Pyrex dish. Spread evenly and cover top with press n seal (do not let it rest on the chocolate). Pop it in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Once firm, turn it out on to clean wax paper and cut in to bite size pieces. Resist eating the whole batch. I dare you.
