Fit Mom’s Green Kale Smoothie – Don’t Be Scared, It’s Yummy!

Now, I was honestly scared to try this after I made it. Knowing there is so many superfoods in this and that it is great for my health…it still took me about 10 minutes to get over my fear and actually try it! And honestly it was VERY GOOD! Seriously! I’m going to be making this first thing in the morning to have before I work out!

Green Kale Smoothie

2 C Green Kale
1 tsp Spirulina powder
10 oz water
1/2 banana
1/4 Mango
1 Tbs Lemon Flax oil

Wow, no joke after I drank this I could feel my body heat up (Good thing! Metabolism is kicking in full force!). I would love to hear if any of you Fit Moms have green smoothie recipes that you want to share!!
