You are invited to RUN TO THE SHRINE 2013

RTS2013logo
Colorado families love elevation - start your summer off right with a unique adventure through Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and beyond during Run to the Shrine on May 18, 2013. Families of joggers, hikers, speed walkers and casual strollers are encouraged to register for the 5K or 10K race. As your family traverses through either course, see glimpses of giraffe and tigers, as well as stunning views of the city. It's the only day of the year foot traffic is allowed on the road to Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun. JOGGING STROLLERS ARE WELCOME! (Regular strollers are allowed with restrictions.) Your family's registration fees include race-day admission to the Zoo, commemorative 2013 Run to the Shrine rhino t-shirts, chip timing and a post-event celebration at the Lodge at Moose Lake. Make Run to the Shrine your family's "summer-kick-off" tradition. All proceeds help Cheyenne Mountain Zoo care for all of the animals and keep the Zoo "running." For more information or to register, visit www.cmzoo.org/run.
